Excellent location near Santa Maria Novella, but the noise at night can be disruptive.

The location was incredible, next to a basilica and a cathedral. Next to restaurants and pizza restaurants, it was a bonus...

A good stay with minor hiccups

Located right by the train station and a short walk to the Duomo, the friendly staff made our mornings brighter. Breakfast was a satisfying start, and daily maid service kept everything clean.

I came here for 2 nights and had a really nice stay. The hotel was amazing and clean, its location was stunning in the centre of Florence, great service. The breakfast was satisfactory with European foods and juices, as example, perfect to start my day;))

The service was terrific, including the good onsite restaurant. The deluxe room was newly remodelled, included a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. All the employees were affable and amicable. The location was amazing, in the Florence Historic Centre district and near the train station.

The facilities could definitely use an upgrade!!! Dim bathroom lighting makes getting ready a hassle, while missing essentials like a full-length mirror and proper suitcase holders are disappointing!!! A little extra attention to cleanliness is warranted too!!!

Great design of the room! Nice view of the piazza. Located very close to the centre (but then again Florence is not a big city, everything is at close range) and the train station. We'd return to the hotel for a while and go back for wandering in the city. I guess the price was ok.

Quite narrow bathroom (they could lose the bidet) and we couldn't take a shower without wetting our heads. Also not eough hangers. The breakfast buffet was nothing special (the usual stuff) and there were few tables to sit.

The staff was exceptional. The view from my window was gorgeous. I had everything I needed. Everyone was very kind and helpful and flexible, even when I had to change my reservation. I respect the flexibility and the fact that everyone was so considerate of my needs.

I think the price of 120 Euros, especially with the dollar exchange rate, was high, given the small space, etc. I think 90-100 Euros would have felt more like a value. I also don't like that the rate changed by almost 20 Euros one day later. I had also found a more spacious hotel room for the same 120 Euros, so this rate seemed even higher to me.

Staying close to Piazza Santa Maria Novella allows for easy access to cafes and attractions without noise disruption.

The room was like a dark cave, and let's not forget the abysmal lighting. I had to carry my luggage up and down, like I was staying at a hostel! At this rate, a complimentary bottle of water or even a simple upgrade would have been appreciated, but I guess that's too much to ask for at this so-called hotel.

It's very convenient just 5-10 mins walk from train station and close to walk to everywhere. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's not big hotel but nice staffs and clean one
